I'm not really a huge fan of Vox's new layout and I've kind of gotten away from the blogging world. I probably won't be posting here anymore.
Audio: Share your karaoke song.
I'm not going to post it cause I'm pretty sure I don't have any of them on my computer... but the other night at karaoke me and chap sang Copacabana! and then we sang Backstreet Boys. And a couple other songs.... but we really wanted to sing Bohemian rhapsody or girls just wanna have fun! :D
How do you feel about your birthday? Do you look forward to it and remind all your friends, or do you dread it and try to keep it a secret?
My birthday is AMAZING!! EVERYONE must know!!! And this year my birthday celebration lasted for like...a month maybe. haha
I celebrate my half birthday too!!!
I'm growing up. I'm maturing. I'm moving forward in life. I'm breaking the chains that hold me down to my past and I'm leaving the nest.
I'm making new friends, moving on from high school nonsense and becoming an adult. Sure, there are still some things that make me childlike, but I'm working on that.
I'm cutting off ties with old friends. Clearing old names off my myspace, facebook, and address book. Who knew that something so simple could be so liberating? I cleared over 100 names out of my address book and I can actually breathe easier now!
So goodbye old friends, perhaps we'll meet up again someday, but I'm making space for new friends. New and EXCITING friends!
If you could create your own National Holiday, what would it be and when?
Submitted by John M.
National switch places day.
You find someone and you switch places for the day. You go to school or work for them. You live with their families....or I guess whoever switched places with their family. lol
Nice way to get to meet new people.
How far from your last home do you live? Why did you move and are you glad you did?
Submitted by Matthew 25.
Hmm. Tough question to answer. lol
College is 3.5 hours from my old home in League City. (I moved here cause I had to go to school. I'm glad I did)
Adri's House is 2 blocks from my old house. (I moved here in July after camp. I really love it here.)
My parent's house is 5 hours from my old house. (We had to move here because my dad got appointed to be a preacher here. I'm neither thrilled nor bothered by this move.)
We still own my old house. My brother and his family live there. (I don't care to live there ever again.)
I hope this year is just as amazing as the last one!! :D
Who is ringing in the New Year with you? Who do you wish could be with you, but isn't there?
Janna is coming over today and actually she just called as I was typing this and she'll be here in an hour!!! YAY!
I was hoping I'd get a New years kiss this year, since I've never gotten one before. ...but stupid Reid decided he was gay. Stupid boys. lol
But anyways, I'm really excited about seeing Janna cause I miss her!!!!
Show us a holiday memory.
I used to be in the Live Nativity at my church every year.
I always go and take Amy's Christmas card pictures.
...and help decorate the tree....or bush. Whatever the case is. :P
And there are always lots of presents!
And of course, The children's Christmas pageants! Those are always HILARIOUS. :P
And the bestest of all... New Christmas morning jammies!
